Privacy policy.
How Morelay collects, uses, shares and protects personal information across the coordination platform.
- 01 · Overview
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Morelay (“Morelay”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit morelay.com (the “Site”) or use any related dashboard, API or service we provide (collectively, the “Service”).
Morelay is a B2B coordination layer connecting travel partners (agencies, DMCs and corporate planners) with vetted ground-transport suppliers (chauffeur companies, fleets and ride providers) worldwide. The personal information we handle is largely the information needed to coordinate, monitor and reconcile a ground-transport booking between those parties.

Personal Information We Collect
Device Information
When you visit the Site we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual pages you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with it. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”. We collect Device Information using:
- Cookies — small data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous identifier. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, visit allaboutcookies.org.
- Log files — records of actions on the Site, including IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages and date/time stamps.
- Web beacons, tags and pixels — electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Submission Information
When you submit an application, request, contact form, or onboarding questionnaire through the Service, we collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business email, phone number, country, company name, role, fleet or coverage details, and anything you write in free-text fields. We refer to this as “Submission Information”.
Booking Information
When you coordinate a booking through Morelay (whether as a travel partner sending a request or as a supplier accepting one), we collect the information necessary to route, monitor and reconcile that booking — for example pickup and drop-off details, passenger and driver names and contact, vehicle details, schedule, and any notes attached to the booking. We refer to this as “Booking Information”.
When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Policy, we mean Device Information, Submission Information and Booking Information collectively.

How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the Personal Information we collect to:
- coordinate and fulfil bookings between travel partners and suppliers (including routing requests, transmitting the information needed by drivers and dispatchers, and reconciling payments through our payment partners);
- communicate with you — including replying to enquiries, sending transactional updates about your account or a booking, and (where you have opted in) sharing operational or product news that we think is relevant to your role;
- screen for risk and fraud (in particular using IP address and device fingerprinting where appropriate); and
- improve and optimise the Service — for example, by generating analytics about how partners and suppliers interact with the platform and by assessing the performance of our outreach.
We share Personal Information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service to you. For example, we use email-delivery providers to send transactional and notification emails; analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how customers use the Site (you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); and payment processors to settle bookings between partners and suppliers.
We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights or the rights of others.

- 06
Your Rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection rights, you have the right to access personal information that we hold about you and to request that it be corrected, updated or deleted. To exercise this right, please contact us using the details in the “Contact us” section below.
Where we process your information in order to fulfil a contract we have with you (for example, where you make a booking or onboarding request through the Service), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests as described above, we rely on the corresponding legal bases under applicable data-protection law. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of your home jurisdiction — including to the United States, where Morelay is headquartered — for the purposes set out above.
- 07
Data Retention
When you submit information or coordinate a booking through the Service, we will retain that information for our records for as long as it is needed to support the Service, to satisfy our legal, accounting or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes — unless and until you ask us to delete it.
- 08
Minors
The Service is a business-to-business platform and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
- 09

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
